She teaches Monday 10am–1pm, Tuesday 4pm–8pm, Thursday 10am–2pm and Friday 12pm–6pm — the last time shown is the latest session you can start. Sessions run 55 minutes.
Ruqayyah will ask you to read and sign a short waiver with her in person before your first session. This box is not that waiver — it only confirms you have read the line above. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian signs it with you.
